Don’t seed a partial cell pack with a particular seed – make the whole cell pack one specific seed so when you want to move them to family-based planting area it is easy to do.

When calculating the seeds required for the year make sure they work out to amounts that are multiples of the cell pack size, so if your cell packs are 6 cells, then all amounts of seeds to plant will be 6, or 12, or 18, or….you get the idea.
